As a Senior Accountant (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the Finance department at LANG AG and actively contribute to the further development of our finance processes. In addition to the classic responsibilities of financial accounting, your main focus will be on digitalization, automation, and the optimization of existing processes.
You will ensure that our finance processes are efficient, transparent, and fit for the future, while supporting management with well-founded analyses and meaningful reporting. As a central point of contact, you will work closely with internal departments and proactively contribute your ideas.
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
- Preparation for and support during external audits
- Further development and optimization of finance processes, with a focus on digitalization and automation
- Developing and improving reporting and KPI analysis for management
- Analyzing financial KPIs and identifying risks and opportunities for optimization
- Supporting cost accounting and financial management
- Acting as the central point of contact for internal departments on all finance-related matters
- Completed commercial training or a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally as a Senior Accountant or Balance Sheet Accountant
- Experience preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German GAAP (HGB)
- Basic knowledge of tax law and cost accounting is an advantage
- Interest in digitalization, process optimization, and modern finance structures
- Strong analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and a high level of accuracy
